Thank you for shopping with Habana Chandlery. Every candle, wax melt, and handmade item is crafted with care and attention to detail. Because our products are made in small batches and by hand, slight variations in color or appearance are normal — they’re part of what makes each piece unique.
Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns & Exchanges
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges due to the handmade nature of our products.
Each item is made to order, and we cannot restock or resell returned goods.

2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and include:
- Clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging
- Your order number and full name
This helps us evaluate the issue and offer a suitable replacement or partial refund if applicable.
Requests made after 5 days of delivery may not qualify for replacement or refund.
3. Wrong or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
4. Custom & Bulk Orders
All custom or bulk orders (such as wedding favors, corporate gifts, or event candles) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To ensure quality and preparation time, bulk orders must be placed at least one month in advance.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as most orders are processed quickly.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
6. Shipping Issues
Once your package has been scanned and accepted by USPS or any carrier, Habana Chandlery is not responsible for delays, re-routes, or lost packages caused by the shipping provider.
We recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number for updates.
