By purchasing products from Habana Chandlery (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“the purchaser” or “you”) agree to use all products responsibly and in accordance with the instructions and safety guidelines provided on our website, product labels, and packaging.

All Habana Chandlery products are intended for safe, domestic use only. Please follow all candle care and safety directions included with your purchase. Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep all products away from children, pets, and flammable materials.

1. Legal Purchase & Eligibility

By purchasing from Habana Chandlery, you represent that:

You are at least 18 years of age (or of legal age in your jurisdiction).
You are legally allowed to purchase and possess the merchandise in your state, county, and/or city of residence.

Habana Chandlery is not responsible for verifying your local compliance with product regulations.

2. Safe Use & Responsibility

All customers are expected to use Habana Chandlery products according to the provided instructions.
We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow proper candle care practices.

Examples of misuse include, but are not limited to:

Leaving a candle burning unattended
Burning near flammable objects or in drafty areas
Using candles in containers not provided or approved by Habana Chandlery

3. Limitation of Liability

By purchasing and using our products, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Habana Chandlery and its owner(s), from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities — including but not limited to incidental or consequential damages — arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use any Habana Chandlery product.

Habana Chandlery shall not be responsible for any damage to property or person resulting directly or indirectly from product use, negligence, or failure to follow instructions.

4. Product Variations

All products are handmade in small batches. Natural variations in color, texture, or fragrance are normal and do not indicate defects. These differences are part of the artisanal nature of our work.

5. Product Safety

Our candles are made using a natural blend of soy bean wax, coconut oil, and bee wax, along with high-quality fragrance oils and cotton wicks.
All ingredients are intended for safe home use. However, Habana Chandlery assumes no responsibility for allergic reactions or sensitivities.
