Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Habana Chandlery. Each order is carefully packaged and shipped from Miami, Florida, with love and attention to detail. Because all of our products are handmade in small batches, please allow a brief processing period before shipment.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.
During high-demand seasons, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer — please check the announcement bar at the top of our website for any current updates.

We always do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping Times

United States (Domestic Orders):
Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days after the 48–72 hour processing period.

Please note that actual delivery time depends on the postal carrier (USPS or UPS). Once a package has been scanned and accepted by the carrier, Habana Chandlery cannot control or guarantee delivery speed, nor be held responsible for delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries caused by the shipping provider.

Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the buyer is responsible for any reshipping fees.
Habana Chandlery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

We recommend double-checking your shipping address before completing your purchase.
